Duties & Responsibilities:
Include skills and experience of managing customer service; delivery of foods; understanding and knowledge of Asian foods with specific cultural needs; maintain records of stock and orders items as required; ensure adequate stocks of foods are maintained (fresh. Frozen and dried); check quantity and quality of stock received and notify suppliers of deficiencies; understanding fire procedures, health and safety, food hygiene and emergency supply of food; promoting and marketing the business; supervising and training the junior team members and maintaining staff rotas as required
