Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Credit Collection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage your own complex ledger, ensuring the timely collection of overdue payments while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and take ownership of a complex ledger
  • Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and mail
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM systems
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships
  • Achieve overdue recovery targets with a structured, methodical approach
  • Identify and resolve barriers to payment
  • Proactively manage customer accounts to minimize outstanding balances
  • Partner with sales teams, leasing partners, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Manage stopped accounts and escalate to litigation when necessary
  • Reconcile and resolve complex accounts with accuracy
  • Keep CRM and credit files consistently updated
  • Identify areas for continuous process improvement

Person/Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit control
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of credit management and collection techniques
  • Familiarity with financial solutions and economic principles
  • Proven ability to manage long-term customer relationships
  • A passion for sports, fitness, and wellness is a plus
