About the Role
- Customer Experience: You will be responsible for loading, fueling, and checking your van for the next route. Your day will involve greeting customers and delivering their shopping on time with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Vehicle Maintenance: When not on the road, you will ensure your van is clean and ready for the next delivery.
- Communication: You'll keep customers informed about their delivery times to ensure a seamless experience.
About You
- Driving Requirements: Must have held a full driving license for at least one year and be able to drive a 3.5-ton automatic van. No more than six points on your license and be at least 18 years old.
- Personal Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and organized, you will be an excellent ambassador for our brand, putting customers first and ensuring their home shopping experience is the best it can be.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling any issues or queries that arise.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery van.
- Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies.
