Caspian One is a Bournemouth-based Technology services business. This role is a key leadership position within our recruitment business managing a team that places mid to senior-level software engineers, project managers & business analysts with Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, & Fintechs. Although this role is hybrid in nature, the team all work in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so you'd need to commit to that. We've found that having everyone together is great for the team, candidates and clients.

Leading and developing a team of permanent recruiters and delighting clients and candidates comes naturally to you. You excel at these because you're passionate about recruitment and can use your previous experience to succeed. You're also an expert permanent recruiter who understands the importance of qualifying vacancies, leveraging the right sourcing strategies, and staying in touch with candidates throughout the process. As well as ensuring the team are providing candidates with exceptional service, you'll be adept at building relationships with your clients, and they'll grow to trust and, indeed, rely on the advice you give them. You'll understand the complexities and challenges they face in their business so your background in technology or financial services recruitment will be a core strength. - You don't have a desk to run - your focus is on supporting the team in whatever they need to do - be it onboarding new Clients with Sales, supporting existing Clients and managing those relationships, qualifying vacancies, designing sourcing strategies, troubleshooting searches or managing candidates.

- £70-75,000 base, OTE for this role is £125,000.
