A lovely primary school in Sydenham are looking to recruit a trained Early Years Educator to join their team on a full-time basis from September.
The Role
In this role you will be based in one of the school's reception classes. You will be working alongside teachers and other established members of staff to provide engaging learning activities for the pupils. As a 3-form entry school, you will be working in a larger year group team to following planning and undertake observations. The school are looking for an Early Years Educator who has a good knowledge of Read, Write, Inc and can bring an energetic and enthusiastic approach.
The School
This 3-form-entry primary school is based in Sydenham with good transport links. Pupils are engaged in learning and the school staff work hard to ensure all children have equal access to the curriculum. There is an established leadership in place and staff feel valued and are offered training and progression within their roles.

- Hold a relevant level 3 qualification
- Good knowledge of Read, Write, Inc
- have a good knowledge of play-based learning,
- Be available to start in September 2024 on a full-time basis
