Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to spearhead our clients' sales efforts, align strategies with business objectives, and contribute to their growth. Day to Day of the Role:
- Lead the customer-facing sales function, ensuring strategies are in line with company goals.
- Develop and own a robust sales strategy.
- Manage and report on sales performance, including strategy implementation and target achievement.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to maintain knowledge of upcoming products.
- Explore the potential for upselling and cross-selling to build on the existing client base and drive revenue growth.
- Travel up to 60% of the time to establish and maintain customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience
- Preferably with experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in digital marketing.
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage your work schedule.
- Strong relationship management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer engagement.
