Corporate Finance Manager - Lewes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Partners and Director in lead advisory engagements (buy-side and sell-side)
  • Playing a key role in deal executions
  • Undertaking business, company and shareholder valuations
  • Undertaking financial due diligence assignments
  • Conducting research for transactions, writing reports
  • Preparation of Information Memorandums, business plans, report writing etc
  • Preparation of cash flow and financial forecasts for a range of clients and scenarios
  • Assist Partners and Director in advising clients through the raising of finance
  • Supporting the Company Secretarial assistant in the preparation of statutory paperwork for transactions
  • Undertaking client management and business development tasks
  • Actively assisting in the promotion of the firms networking activities
  • Building & maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Any other duties commensurate with this level of post

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA or CF qualified
  • Effective written & oral communication
  • Strong IT skills
  • Passion for supporting SME owner managed business
  • Excellent presentation skills
