Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Partners and Director in lead advisory engagements (buy-side and sell-side)
- Playing a key role in deal executions
- Undertaking business, company and shareholder valuations
- Undertaking financial due diligence assignments
- Conducting research for transactions, writing reports
- Preparation of Information Memorandums, business plans, report writing etc
- Preparation of cash flow and financial forecasts for a range of clients and scenarios
- Assist Partners and Director in advising clients through the raising of finance
- Supporting the Company Secretarial assistant in the preparation of statutory paperwork for transactions
- Undertaking client management and business development tasks
- Actively assisting in the promotion of the firms networking activities
- Building & maintaining good relationships with clients
- Any other duties commensurate with this level of post
About You:
- ACA, ACCA or CF qualified
- Effective written & oral communication
- Strong IT skills
- Passion for supporting SME owner managed business
- Excellent presentation skills
