The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Retail Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Retail Marketing, this role focuses on developing and executing creative, best-in-class in-store marketing campaigns and activations. As a guardian of our brand, you will translate key missions into impactful in-store experiences that enhance customer engagement, foster brand loyalty, and drive revenue growth across our UK and ROI store estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement inspiring in-store campaigns that reflect our brand proposition and engage customers effectively.
  • Spearhead the retail campaign execution aligned with key business priorities, including food, supplements, sports, and digital tool adoption.
  • Employ a test and learn strategy to refine and advance our retail marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the Head of Retail Marketing in evolving our store concepts to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Continuously update and maintain brand guidelines to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Design Studio, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Marketing Operations teams to ensure excellence and coherence in all creative outputs.
  • Utilise data to optimise campaigns and prepare for broader rollouts.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams and manage agency relationships to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Location: This is a Hybrid role based 2 days per week onsite between our Nuneaton Hub, London Hub store visits. There may also be occasional travel to other locations.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably with a major retailer or a creative agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategies and measure their impact.
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Agency management experience is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong drive for results.
