Salary: Circa £40,000

Fixed Term Contract: 6 months

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aviva in-house Creative studio, within our Customer & Marketing department. We're looking for a highly organised and energetic Creative Studio Project Manager with brilliant collaborative and communications skills.

This will be a great role for someone who enjoys co-ordinating and managing multiple deliveries within a busy creative studio team. The successful candidate will have strong Project Management experience having worked either for a creative agency or an internal creative studio.

A bit about the job:

We're on a mission to build a best-in-class creative studio, where our imagination and??creativity will redefine the??possible to make unforgettable customer experiences. You'll be working as part of the Creative Hub, Marketing Centre of Excellence. The team is made from multiple specialisms across creative strategy, conceptual development, campaign management, design, copywriting, content creation and studio work-flow production.

The Creative Hub work across all of the main product areas and major campaigns. We're a fast paced, dynamic team with a strong collaborative culture with our customers at the heart of everything we do.

The role is fast paced and multi-faceted. You'll support the Creative Hub team in project delivery, deploying new processes and implementing cutting edge technology including AI to increase creative effectiveness and speed to market.

The other key aspect of the role is reporting on studio capacity, budget allocation and promoting the Creative Hubs capabilities. The role suits strong interpersonal skills to help build strong relationships with internal leaders, team members as well as external agency partners.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience of working within a busy creative team to tight deadlines and moving priorities, in either a project management, account management or workflow coordination. focused role - either from inhouse creative team or agency background.
  • Experience of liaising with external creative agencies.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with ability to work to deadlines and within set budgets.
  • Project management skills - i.e., able to co-ordinate and manage multiple deliverables for numerous campaigns.
  • Proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams - both in relation to your own workload and allocated work for colleagues.

  • Salary Circa £40,000 (location, skills, experience, and qualifications dependant)
