We have a great opportunity for a Field Specialist to join our Client who has over 40 years of experience in providing care equipment. The Field Specialist will visit a range of current and potential customers to follow up on enquiries and complete assessments.
The responsibilities of the Field Specialist include but are not limited to the following:
- Complete field assessments for a range of products, which will be in individuals' homes, care home and sheltered accommodation.
- Complete surveys for installed products and be involved with quoting.
- Carry out awareness sessions on the client's products.
- Visit customers and potential customers to discuss the clients' products, through reactive enquires and appointments.
- Hit all KPIs set.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Field Specialist:
- Experience in a similar role (demonstration/sales)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Generate innovative solutions to situations, trying different and new ways to deal with problems and opportunities.
- Effectively manage one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
- Tenacious, adaptable and action orientated.
