Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support and engage learners across various key stages, adapting to their educational needs.
  • Implement creative and effective teaching strategies to inspire students.
  • Assist in the personal development of pupils, guiding them towards achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of education.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching or supporting children in educational settings.
  • Background in working with children with special educational needs, particularly Autism.
  • Qualification to NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
