Day to Day of the Role:
- Support and engage learners across various key stages, adapting to their educational needs.

- Assist in the personal development of pupils, guiding them towards achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of education.
- Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching or supporting children in educational settings.
- Background in working with children with special educational needs, particularly Autism.
- Qualification to NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent.
