Hourly rate £19.78 (£36,000 equivalent)
Contract - Start asap until the end of November
My client a reputable and established global membership body is currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator. The client operates a 4-day working week for all staff - Monday to Thursday.
The Role of the Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator is responsible the planning, executing, and administering the annual program of global membership body learning courses, ensuring financial targets are met, and members receive high-quality professional development opportunities.
This role involves administering and enhancing the global membership body training offering, encompassing set courses, bespoke training, distance learning, workshops, and content partnerships.
The role holder will align their activities with the organisation's learning strategy, and include effective administration and logistics coordination, and active engagement with members, trainers, and industry stakeholders.
Essential skills and requirements
Proven experience in planning and delivering training programs, financial management, and administration.
Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able and willing to travel internationally.
Familiarity with CRM and Learning Management Systems.
Demonstrable experience of developing strong relationships with clients or members.
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Desirable
Fluent in another language besides English
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Additional marketing qualifications or professional qualifications (relevant to training/L&D)
Experience for a membership association
Experience using software or systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, Adobe
