We're hiring into our high-performing Microsoft New Business Sales Team in Leatherhead, and we're looking for ambitious professionals with 2-5 years of experience in SaaS, VAR, vendor, cloud or software sales.
This is not an account management role. It's a pure new business sales opportunity—you'll be responsible for generating leads, opening doors, and winning new clients.
What You'll Do
- Start with a structured 6-week training programme covering Microsoft licensing, Azure, CSP, FinOps, and more
- Focus 100% on generating, managing, and converting your own pipeline of new logo clients
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to build tailored solution proposals
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Work in a performance-driven, supportive, and people-first environment
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of new business sales experience in technology (SaaS, VAR, vendor, cloud, software)
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue from new clients
- Confident communicator, commercially savvy, and client-focused
- Resilient, self-starting, and motivated to build a long-term career
- High emotional intelligence and ability to learn fast
- Must hold a valid driving license and have access to own vehicle
What You'll Get
- Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
- OTE: Up to £50,000 in Year 1
- OTE: £60,000 - £70,000 in Year 2
- Year 3+: Uncapped earning potential—our top performers earn six figures

Stage 2: Assessment Centre - Leatherhead Office
- An interactive, in-person session with the Bytes and Phoenix51 teams. You'll complete:
- A role-play sales scenario
- A group task focused on commercial decision-making
- A presentation exercise
- A final interview with Bytes' sales leaders
