CMA has been appointed to recruit for our well established Yeovil, Dorset based client at an exciting time to join their business and be a part of their large finance department.
Their requirement is a newly created role and an opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to work closely a senior mentor, you will responsible for a hands on and varied role.

What will the Assistant Management Accountant role involve?
- Assisting in management accounts on a monthly basis, reporting closely to senior management;
- Month end processes including accruals and prepayments, agreeing company balances and complex reconciliations;
- Maintaining the fixed asset register;
- Balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring all internal controls are correctly adhered to;
- Liaising daily with the wider finance team and senior management with new system integrations.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant Management Accountant vacancy:
- You will be an AAT studier or already embarked with CIMA or ACCA;
- A confident systems user and Excel to an intermediate level is essential;
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a keenness to progress;
- You will have a desire to learn and develop in management accounts.
