Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Viewings and tenancy sign ups
- Tenancy Management,
- Managing tenant records on our housing management systems
- Basic Benefit and income maximisation advice
- Reporting of communal repairs and dwelling repairs if the tenant needs ASSISTANCE.
