A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for a Software Technical Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that quality standards are met
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring the team
- Leading and empowering the team to get the best results
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Having awareness of project budgets and ensuring they are used efficiently
- Supporting the creation of project and release documentation
- Identifying opportunities and supporting implementation
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience working to set project budgets
- Experience working with key stakeholders
- Experience working to time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal skills
