Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize network systems, servers, and storage to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing upgrades and patches as necessary.
- Document infrastructure processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
