A well establish law firm with offices across London, Surrey & Kent is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in their Great Bookham office.
Their team is full of great quality professionals and support staff. They are a very supportive and friendly team and are looking for a dedicated individual to join their department.
This particular role involves focussing on a varied caseload of commercial property matters including, sales, purchases, leases, development, managing property finance and investment and drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. You will also have the flexibility to assist the residential property team during busy periods and holiday cover.
My client is looking for someone 4+ PQE who has excellent client facing and relationship building skills, management experience and keen business development skills.
