Data Quality Lead: The Enterprise Data team at Ageas UK have an exciting opportunity for an talented and ambitious Data Quality Lead to design, execute and roll out the Data Quality Strategy at an organisational level.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Data professional, who will be responsible for leading and implementing all aspects of the data quality strategy across the enterprise, driving the successful implementation of a data quality framework across Agile development teams and business operations.

Here are some of the main responsibilities of Data Quality Lead opportunity:
Designing and implementing best practice DQ processes across multiple product squads.
Design, execution and monitoring of the Data Quality Strategy.
Standardising best practice DQ processes across multiple product squads.
Regularly measure, report and where appropriate, escalate findings of data quality management controls to product squads,
Define and embed processes and controls across the operational data systems to monitor and report data quality,
Lead data profiling, monitoring, and remediation projects to understand and improve data quality.
Collaborate with scrum masters and product owners and lead the process of embedding data quality best practice processes across all data delivery teams.
Coach Data professional to become proficient in the adoption and application of DQ best practice.

Data Management fundamentals
Data Quality management processes
Large scale data migrations
Data profiling to identify data quality issues.
Experience of data analysis, data cleansing routines and root-cause analysis.
Developing data quality rules and creating reports.
Deploying and implementing formal data quality processes.
Working with Microsoft BI solutions (including Azure).
Proficient in writing and coaching SQL.
Creating and interpreting data visualisation tools.
Coaching DQ best practice
Tool selection and data quality software implementation and adoption
Risk management.
Value Chain and benefits management.
Experience of working in Agile development methodologies and delivery frameworks
