Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise financial systems, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyse performance and provide strategic insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
- Oversee sales invoicing, VAT returns, and payment processes.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve company objectives.
- Lead audit processes and work with the Finance Director on system improvements.
The Candidate
:
- Experienced in presenting management accounts to senior leadership.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Relevant accounting qualification preferred (CIMA, ACCA).
