The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working on a range of commercial projects with proficiency in industry standard software and drive to progress.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant subject
- 3+ years of experience in an UK architectural practice
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
- on track for CIAT Chartership
- Work well independently and in a team environment
- Experience working on commercial and retail projects of varying scales
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications
- Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
- Excellent technical abilities
- Attentiveness to detail
- Boast innovation a passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
- Keen to continue professional development

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
