This RIBA Chartered practice are also CIAT registered therefore offering an attractive option for Architectural Technologist to advance their careers. The successful Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working on a range of commercial projects with proficiency in industry standard software and drive to progress.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant subject
  • 3+ years of experience in an UK architectural practice
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Vectorworks
  • on track for CIAT Chartership
  • Work well independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working on commercial and retail projects of varying scales
  • Produce detailed drawings and specifications
  • Utilise thorough knowledge of current UK Building regulations for compliance
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Attentiveness to detail
  • Boast innovation a passion for incorporating sustainable principles into designs
  • Keen to continue professional development
