08:00 - 1700 Monday to Thursday
(can be flexible if needed on times)

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist Administrator for our client who specialise in mechanical, electrical and public heal engineering services. This role is temporary, however could lead into a permanent role.
Duties will include:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
