As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and assistance to clients in various private client matters. Your main responsibilities will include handling wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration cases. You will also be expected to manage and develop strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate
- Handling all aspects of estate administration
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents
- Providing professional and accurate legal advice to clients
- Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
- Keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations related to private client matters
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' experience in private client work
- Strong knowledge and experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- The desire to continue professional development and stay updated with industry trends
