Job Title: Senior Planning Enforcement Officer
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Hourly Rate: £17.45 per hour - £19.05 per hour PAYE
Contract Duration: 3 months, possibility of extension
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer on behalf of our public sector client based in Chelmsford.
- Assist with a backlog of planning enforcement cases
- Drafting and issuing of PCN, BCN, TSN, Stop and Enforcement Notices and applications for High Court Injunctions
- Report writing
- Drafting witness statements
- Planning enforcement appeals, including appeal statements
- Site inspections
The successful applicant will have planning enforcement experience and will be a RTPI member (associated or chartered).
