Lead Support Analyst - Infrastructure

Your new organisation is a global manufacturing company undertaking a number of large transformation programmes across the wider business and in the IT setup. As a result of these change programmes, they are looking to recruit for a Lead Support Analyst in the Infrastructure team.

In this role you will be primarily responsible for overseeing incidents, diagnosing & rectifying issues, and will be expected to be hands on with solving issues from time to time. You will be the escalation point for any complex queries and responsible for liaising with third party vendors as required. You will also be involved in assigning and tracking major incident assignments as well as supporting the Service Delivery Manager in any other duties required.

To succeed in this role you must have excellent experience resolving infrastructure and end user computing issues, as well as incident triage and escalations. You will have experience leading a team of technical analysts and have managed major incident issues successfully.
