Senior Support Officer

A thriving software engineering company seeking a Senior Support Officer to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team. This role is a gateway to the heart of our business operations, offering the right candidate the chance to make a significant impact on our commercial success. Day to Day of the role:
- Arrange and book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO, creating detailed itineraries.
- Organise and maintain important documents, manage filing systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Track and reconcile expenses, preparing detailed reports for approval.
- Maintain key supplier registers, assist with procurement processes, and ensure compliance with SOC2 for the COO.
- Manage supplier invoices, validate charges, obtain approvals, and ensure timely payments for the VP of Marketing.
- Provide management information on spending trends and identify savings opportunities.
- Perform other necessary tasks such as procuring office supplies and managing global document distribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of work experience in the private sector, software industry experience advantageous but not essential.
- Digitally savvy, open to testing new ideas and embracing new ways of working.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Adaptable, proactive, and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
- Trustworthy, discrete, and integrity-driven.
