Juice is working with a well-known company in Bath in their search for a Reconciliations and Banking Administrator for a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience that could catapult your career.
DAY TO DAY:
- Daily internal and external client money reconciliations.
- Daily internal stock reconciliations.
- Investigating bank reconciliations.
- Be the liaison for Third Parties such as fund managers and banks.
- Cheque processing, banking, and tax.
- Assist the CASS Team in their responsibilities.
- Ensuring that monthly CMAR is up to date and correct.
- Weekly reviews of CASS reports.
- Supporting the company's on-going CASS adherence.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Highly organised with an eye for detail.
- Confident working to strict deadlines.
- Confident knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel practices.
- Proactive, energetic and enthusiastic with a sociable background.
- Previous understanding of investments and investment products would be desirable but not essential.
