The Role:
- Bank & trial balance reconciliation
- Credit control
- Banking
- All data entry
- Journal; pre-payment and accruals
- Produce monthly financial reports
- VAT Reconciliation and submission
- Payroll & associated reporting
- Pension processing & administration
- Asset register update & maintenance
- Project costing management
The Candidate:
- Highly numerate
- Excellent analytical, data and spreadsheeting skills
- The ability to communicate with non-finance people in a clear and understandable way
- Excellent system skills
- A passion for getting things right
- Good time management and the ability to work well with people in a team
- The ability to break down a complex problem into manageable chunks and deal with these
