We work closely with a brilliant special school based in West Bristol that are looking for a full-time TA to join the school from term 2 in providing support in a KS3 class of SEMH students.
The school are well established having gone through some exciting developments recently, they're also based on fantastic grounds in Bristol.
The role
The role of TA will be mostly revolved about providing general classroom support along with another TA who will be working in close partnership with. Due to the needs of the students it is essential that you enjoy working with challenging behaviour and feel confident in de-escalation. It is important that you have worked with SEMH or ASD before and preferably with secondary aged students.
This role will be tough but is incredibly rewarding work. So if you are wanting a challenge in school that will make sure you're well supported then please get in touch!
