Sales Relationship Management Administrator
the role:
To provide complete administrative support to the organisation; focusing primarily on the pre-sales and sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate computer-based Customer Relationship Management software for the sales process and use all the word processing and other software to
- produce correspondence, reports, training specifications, training programmes and data updates, as required.
- Operate the marketing and sales systems.
- Maintain catalogue, reference and update handouts and other reference material for the sales process.
- Receive, record and deliver telephone messages.
- Give advice and information on ' services to customers and potential
- customers.
- Assist the organisation on stands at exhibitions.
- Maintain filing systems for all feedback, correspondence, literature, reference data,
- training programmes.
- Receive and entertain visitors, callers, course delegates.
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required by the organisation
The candidate,
- Looking for a role with growth
- Good attention to detail and at least 2 years in a similar role (Administration supporting Sales)
- Candidates must be able or used to talking to clients by telephone and taking orders and bookings.
