This role sits in the wider media team, but your role will be focused on delivering best in class digital media planning and innovation for FMCG brands in the retail space.

As the Digital Media Manager, your role will include:
- Managing the digital media planning process from brief to PCA, including collaboration with other teams and suppliers.
- Ownership of media briefing and recommendations, using sophisticated planning approaches to drive ROI.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, tech and innovation to inform planning.
- Working on test and learn frameworks
- Assist with proposals and pitch decks.
- Assist the wider media team with digital campaign structures based on plans and audience segmentation.
You:
- Are a strong digital media planner with good experience of audience segmentation.
- Have experience working on lower funnel focused campaigns, with proven experience working on conversion and consideration campaigns.
- Have media agency experience.
- Thrive in working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can truly make an impact on clients and internal teams & processes.
- Are genuinely passionate about the digital media industry.
