My client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role is ideal for someone seeking an entry-level position in Recruitment or a new Recruitment admin opportunity. It's also perfect for those with an admin background looking to transition into Recruitment. You will be part of a talented and experienced team, with plenty of opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and skills in Recruitment.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage the Recruitment inbox, respond to queries, and escalate emails to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Assist in the initial review of candidates' CVs and escalate strong candidates to the relevant team member.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and creating interview packs.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and Partners to schedule interviews.
  • Manage the administration side of the applicant lifecycle using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Run reports, analyse applicant statistics, and provide summaries to the Recruitment Lead and CPO.
  • Publish and edit job adverts on external job boards, and create internal posts about new vacancies.
  • Maintain and update job boards and recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with Data Privacy policy and GDPR.
  • Facilitate technical assessments for candidates and manage initial communication with recruitment agencies and candidates.
  • Maintain tracker spreadsheets and recruitment SharePoint drive with up-to-date information.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proactive and able to work independently without micro-management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Resilient self-starter with a strong team spirit.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Strong IT aptitude, proficient in Excel and quick to learn new technologies.
  • Tactful and discreet, understanding the importance of confidentiality in Recruitment.
  • Previous Recruitment/HR Admin experience is beneficial but not required.
