Description
The Locum Private Client Solicitor will:
- Manage a diverse caseload of probate cases from inception to completion.
- Prepare and submit probate applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage with clients primarily via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely recording of case information.
- Collaborate closely with a team of experts to enhance your legal skills, with administrative support provided.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing your legal expertise.
Profile
The Locum Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent experience.
- A strong background in probate law.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships remotely.
Job Offer
The Locum Private Client Solicitor will:
- Start immediately on an ongoing contract
- Work 50% from home and 50% in the office
- Receive £40-50 per hour depending on experience
