My client is a small, friendly law firm based in Wiltshire, they are looking for a dedicated
Private Client Solicitor
to join their team on a locum basis. They pride themselves on offering personal, high-quality legal services, and are seeking someone who shares our commitment to client care and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Providing tailored legal advice to clients in a professional yet approachable manner.
- Working independently, managing your own workload while collaborating with the wider team.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining the firm's high standards of service.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years experience in private client law.
- Strong knowledge of wills, probate, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
- Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with one day per week spent in our Wiltshire office.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, fitting into our close-knit team.
