A fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.
As a leading figure in the claim arena, it's this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring all planning, building regulations, party wall and CDM aspects are correctly adhered to.
In return, the Building Surveyor will expect a salary of up to £55,000, car/ car allowance, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Project manage a range of surveying duties, including SOW, tenders, valuations, validations and insurance reports
- Ensure all work is compliant with UK building regulations
- Be a technical referral point for insurance companies
- Complete Defect Diagnosis reports
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful Building Surveyor
- Degree within Building Surveying is imperative
- Chartership is preferred
