The Role: As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of the company's financial obligations. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key to supporting the financial stability and integrity of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to address and resolve queries.
  • Support the Finance team with various administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
