To lead and manage projects with the responsibility for all operational, financial, customer and employee strategy for the duration of the project.

As the Project Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the project is planned, managed, financially controlled and all stakeholders are involved, communicated with, progress is evaluated, changes are implemented, and reports submitted as the needs of the project require.

With experience and strong technical knowledge of working on wastewater treatment equipment including sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and pumps.

Key Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility will require:

  • Responsible fortheP&L, budget and commercialresponsibilityoftheproject,including cash flow and collection. Developing anddelivering budgets inlinewithforecasts andexpectations
  • Seeking out and developing new and existing business opportunities, generating quotations and follow up with clients
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored including inputting orders onto the CRM system.
  • Manage planning: preparing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules at the appropriate level, considering dependencies and resource requirements, and customer visibility
  • Manage resources: ensuring that project teams are sufficiently and correctly briefed and instructions issued and maintained as required with appropriate level of detail; ensuring correct tools and equipment for the project are provided; ensuring logistics of site requirements and transport are in place.

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

The successful applicant will:-

  • At least 5 years proven track record in a Project Management role ideally within the waste water industry
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion and interest in serving customers and exceeding expectations
  • Interpersonal skills at all levels, with the ability to motivate people and encourage a culture of team working
  • Proven commercial knowledge, excellent negotiation skills and experience
