Travel and Schedule Administrator

The Role This role is central to supporting our 'client journey'. You will provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team, with a focus on co-ordinating all travel and logistics in relation to our UK and international training programmes and team events. You will also provide scheduling support which will include coordinating calendars and arranging client meetings. There will also be an element of PA responsibilities.

This is predominantly a remote role so we are looking for a motivated individual who is highly proactive and can coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. It would be beneficial for you to be located in the Cheshire area.

Job specification:

  • Booking travel, accommodation and organising all travel related documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of travel and finances.
  • Schedule and diary management.
  • Liaison with client to arrange meetings and coordinate travel and scheduling arrangements.
  • Administration support around the preparation of training materials.
  • General administration support to the backbone team.

  • Willingness to be flexible to work with travel timeframes.
  • IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and its core applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

  • Full time working hours (40 hours a week) - Monday to Friday.
