We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Borehamwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the mortgage application process. Previous experience within a similar position would be ideal, however, our client will consider a candidate who has administrative experience in another sector.
The successful Mortgage Administrator will be offered:
- Monday – Friday hours
- Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Duties for the Mortgage Administrator position will include:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of mortgage applications.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering queries regarding their mortgage applications.
- Organise, maintain and update client files and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough checks on application documents to verify accuracy and completeness. Ensure all applications comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Accurately input client and mortgage data into company systems and databases. Maintain up-to-date and precise records.
Mortgage Administrator requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Mortgage administration is preferred but not essential
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with mortgage processing software and CRM software systems is plus
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry
