Implementation Manager

The Opportunity:

As the Solutions Consultant, you will support new clients through their early engagements with the solution and you manage their journey from late sales through to 'go-live'.

Working closely with sales, technical and Customer Success you will create, manage and deliver the new client onboarding experience.

Create project plans, support with user training, ensure the new client has everything they need prior to their go-live and handover date to Customer Success!

An ideal candidate would be someone with Customer Success experience as well as project management experience, and someone looking for a more technical, client facing role.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience of working within a scale-up, fast paced SaaS business.
  • Experience working in an onboarding, implementation, training or Customer success role.
  • Project management or business analysis experience or a qualification such as Prince2.
  • Strong client facing skills - you will be working closely with clients!
  • Strong organisations skills. It's important to keep the project on track!
  • Great interpersonal skills, you'll need to work closely with sales, technical and Customer Success.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience writing process flow diagrams, user guides, standard operating procedures, or user stories
  • Experience with a Service Management software solution is desirable.
