**Position:
Paraplanner (Mid level and senior positions available)
Overview:
Join a dynamic and engaging team at a leading financial boutique in Mayfair, London. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients financial planners, conducting research, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the high standards of their firm and make a meaningful impact on their clients' financial planning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans for clients
- Prepare reports, charts, and financial models
- Analyze client data and provide recommendations for financial strategies
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups
- Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends
- Lead and mentor a team of junior para-planners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify opportunities for improving financial planning processes
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software
- Relevant financial planning certifications (e.g., CII)
- 5+ years of experience in a financial planning or similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desirable)
Day-to-day:
You will work closely with our financial planners to develop comprehensive financial plans, conduct research on investment options, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of junior para-planners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Benefits:
- £50k-£60k base salary + benefits
- Hybrid Working in Mayfair (initially full time whilst settling in the first few months, then likely to be 2 days home working 3 days in the office (typically Monday/Friday Remote days)
