You'll be managing an extensive range of CCTV and security solutions from the company's in-house electronic security brand. Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Engineer, you will:
- Work with various technologies including IP, Analogue, Software, Apps, and Mechanical systems
- Conduct comprehensive product evaluation and testing
- Assess product performance against specifications and requirements
- Ensure product conformance and compatibility with third-party systems
- Identify product issues, propose solutions, and collaborate on resolution efforts
- Provide actionable feedback for product improvement in collaboration with developers and the in-house product team
- Create and maintain technical documentation and media resources to assist customers
- Track, log, and document product activities, changes, and version updates
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure awareness of product features and functionalities
- Engage with other departments to gather feedback and understand new requirements or feature requests
