We have an opportunity for someone who is currently seeking a career role within the finance sector. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking their first role, or looking to move into a professional sector.
This role may suit a recent Graduate who has recently completed a Degree within a relevant subject like Economics, Finance or business management
The duties are:
- Submit all business applications to providers and monitor progress within pre-set timescales.
- Audit documents received from your allocated adviser to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
- Liaise with your allocated advisers to ensure the efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements.
- Submit Dealing Instructions to providers to facilitate new investments and withdrawals.
- Build relationships with allocated advisers.
- Liaise with providers and trustees to ensure the smooth administration of applications and client instructions.
- Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
To apply:
- Strong IT skills in Word, Excel,Emails & PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, verbally and written
- Can work methodically, and calmly and communicate well with the team at all times.
- Ideally you will have a degree in a relevant subject as listed above OR have some Administrative experience working in a professional office based environment.
- Good phone manner.
