Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing applications for payments to ensure they receive appropriate certification from the customer so that an invoice can be sent and a payment can be made by the client
- Working alongside the operations team to ensure invoice accruals are kept to a minimum and invoiced to the client with the agreed timescales.
- Ensure all invoices have the correct PO numbers attached
- Processing all customer invoices
- Portal uploads using several different client portals
- Ensuring new clients invoice processes is done correctly
- Raising invoices and AFP's for multiple customers
- Resolving any queries
- Monday to Friday - 8 - 5
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Worked in a similar background before
- Advanced Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to a timed deadline
Job Offer
Salary up to £26500 per annum (with a monthly bonus paid) + 25 days holidays (banks on top) + Work from home + Study support + free on site parking + Work from home.
