Compliance, Medical and Education Visits Officer
Location: Camberley
Contract: Permanent, 36 hours a week (8am-4pm) over 39 weeks
Salary: PS5-PS6 £23036-£25548 (£26,777-£29697 FTE)

This outstanding school are looking for someone to join their team in this exciting new, multipurpose role, starting asap. The Key purposes for this role include:
- To ensure the efficient Operation and administration of the school's health & safetypolicy and procedure
- To monitor compliance with statutory & legislative health & safety requirements
- To act as primary first aider
- To ensure the efficient Operation and administration of the school's health & safety policy and procedures Medical Needs Policy
- Monitor and promote compliance with the schools data protection,freedon of information and subject access request policies
- Advise staff on data protection and information requests.
- Develop and implement the School's Education Visits Policy
- Support staff in the planning and organisation of education trips and visits
Specification
- Minimum of C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English at least
- Educational Visits Coordinator Training (can be provided)
- First Aid Training including Asthma and Epipen (can be provided)
- Ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff
- Ability to demonstrate active listening skills
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work effectively and supportively as a member of the school team
- Ability to work within and apply all school policies
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confident in the use of IT
- Experience working in busy administative environments
- Good knowledge of general Health and Safety requirements
- Good knowledge and awareness of Data Protection laws
- First Aid experience would be beneficial
