Role: Scheduler
Location: Hertford
Hours: 8.00am - 16:00pm, Monday to Friday - 40 hours
Salary: £12.64 - £14.29 an hour, weekly pay
OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Scheduler to join our client based in Hertford on a Temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.
Duties of a Scheduler:
- Prepare and send approved communication to residents .
- Arranging/scheduling appointments with engineers
- Updating company job management system.
- Distribution of appointment confirmation letters and SMS.
- Handle cancellations and reschedule appointments .
- Making and receiving calls.
- Dealing with complaints
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience within scheduling
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment
- Available to start ASAP
