We are seeking a top customer service advisor to join a leading provider of global art shipping and logistics. A forward-thinking company that specializes in high-quality, bespoke shipping solutions for the art world. You will be joining a team of professionals passionate about art and logistics, and who are dedicated to providing the best solutions in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls and emails, liaising with galleries, artists, agents, and buyers to coordinate the collection and shipment of high-value artworks.
  • Being the first point of contact for the clients who are based in the UK and abroad.
  • Scheduling and managing collections, deliveries, and shipments using a CODA shipping system.
  • Monitoring and tracking shipments through a supplier network, updating CODA with the latest delivery information and Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Providing quotations to clients via email.
  • Helping in the warehouse where necessary and be able to lift artwork (around 10% of the role)
  • Keeping clients and the team informed about any potential delays.
  • Booking packing jobs with our expert packing partners.
  • Arranging and managing storage for art clients at our secure facilities.

Person / Experience Required

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and a good understanding of geography.
  • A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full training on a bespoke industry-leading shipping system will be provided.
  • Have the opportunity to visit world renowned art shows and galleries!
