Your new role
This role is a project based role on launching new programmes across the organisation and looking at user research on web content with customers and application form content with customers.
What you'll need to succeed
Essential experience:
- Proven experience gathering and analysing user requirements for web-based or offline services
- Proven experience planning, designing and conducting user research that focusses on user needs
- Proven experience working as part of a team tasked to conduct usability analysis and testing
- Working in an agile methodology
Desirable
Proven experience working as part of a team tasked with turning user insight into actionable design or service recommendations
Proven experience in user-led design
Proven experience using a range user research tools
Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 12 month day rate contract, paying £375 per day inside IR35. This role can be full-time, part-time (minimum 3 days). This organisation will also consider individuals who would like to compact hours or a 9 day fortnight.
