A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Assistant to join a service sector organisation based in the Preston area, initially on a temporary basis. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of a team on the following:
- Providing HR process advice to Managers, in compliance with HR policies
- Coaching Managers in relation to absence and performance
- Supporting with investigations
- Recruitment and selection
- Advising on flexible working arrangements
- Providing full administrative support for the whole employee lifecycle
- Supporting with a variety of HR projects
- Updating and reporting from the HR system
- Assisting with policy development and the harmonisation of terms and conditions
My client is looking for someone that has some previous HR experience and is available at short notice. Please note my client is looking for someone who can work 4 or 5 days.
