A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-educated Real estate paralegal to join this phenomenally well-respected City firm. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London.
In this role, the successful candidate will be dealing with a wide variety of real estate work, including commercial real estate, development work, corporate support, property disputes and some Prime Central London residential acquisition and structuring work, along with general paralegal and administrative duties.
Specifically, the role will entail performing research, drafting and amending documents, document management, preparing Land Registry and SDLT returns, among many other related duties.
Exemplary IT, Organisational and Communicate skills are key to this role, as are superb academics (including a good law degree and LPC). Prior relevant experience is essential.
This is a spectacular opportunity to join an established and accomplished city practice and would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate to obtain some excellent and substantial experience prior to starting a training contract (to commence a minimum of 12 months from start of employment).
Career progression is possible (but not guaranteed) in due course for the right candidate, but candidates again must commit to a minimum of 12 months as a paralegal.
